Using note numbering

The Include number toggle controls whether sequential note numbers are displayed in the notes list and in the final report output.

• When Include number is enabled, note numbers appear in the report beside each note title.
• When Include number is disabled, note titles appear without numbers.

Note numbers are assigned based on their order in the sequence. If notes are reordered, their numbers are automatically updated to reflect the new sequence. For example, if the fourth note is moved to the first position, it becomes the first Note. Any changes to note numbering are also reflected in the Notes columns of related statements and forms.

This setting can be toggled at any point during report authoring and is immediately reflected in the notes list view and the report preview.
