Installing the SAP RFC Library

Install the latest version of this library.

1. Search for note 2573790 on SAP Support Knowledge Base for information to download SAP RFC SDK.
2. Download the 64-bit version of the SAP Netweaver SDK 7.50 library from the SAP Service Marketplace.
3. Extract the content of the package to a directory of your choice.
4. In the lib directory of the extracted package, you find the following files:
   • libicudata50.a,libicudecnumber.so, libicui18n50.a, libicuuc50.a, libsapnwrfc.so, libsapucum.so
   • libicudata.so.50, libicudecnumber.so,libicui18n.so.50, libicuuc.so.50, libsapnwrfc.so, libsapucum.so
   • icudt50.dll, icuin50.dll, icuuc50.dll, libicudecnumber.dll, libsapucum.dll, sapnwrfc.dll

   Copy the files for your operating system to the bin directory of your Collector Server installation. On Windows, the default path is InstallHome\server\bin.

   If you are using Content Collector for SAP version 4.0.0.2, the libraries are no longer available for downloading from the SAP website. Hence, to reinstall Content Collector for SAP version 4.0.0.2, you should have these libraries: AIX: librfccm.o, Linux / Solaris: librfccm.so, Windows: librfccm.so. Copy these files for your operating system to the bin directory of your Collector Server installation.
