Setting the reship template

You can configure the attributes of a product to copy over when a customer service representative reships a product to a customer.

1. Open Applications Platform by performing the following steps:
   1. Log in to Applications Console.
   2. From the Configuration menu, select Launch Applications Manager.
   3. From the Applications menu, select Applications Platform.
2. Select Process Modeling.
3. In the Process Modeling window, right-click the Order Fulfillment icon and select Details.
4. In the Fulfillment Process Type Details window, select Default Reship Line.
5. Add or exclude attributes of a product to copy to the reship product in the following ways:
   • To add attributes of a product to copy to a reship product, select the attribute and click the Include icon.
   • To exclude attributes of a product to copy to a reship product, select the attribute and click the Exclude icon.
6. Click the Save icon.
