About this task

To create a carrier modification reason:

1. From the tree in the application rules side panel, choose Cross Application > Logistics > Logistics Attributes.

The Logistics window displays in the work area.

2. Choose the Modify Carrier Reason tab.
3. Choose the Create New icon. The Modify Carrier Reason Details pop-up window displays.
4. In Modify Carrier Reason, enter the name of the carrier modification reason.
5. In Short Description, enter a brief description of the carrier modification reason.
6. In Long Description, enter a more detailed description of the carrier modification reason.
7. Choose the Save icon.
