Integration with Sterling Configurator
The application is integrated with Sterling Configurator to allow customers to purchase products which can be configured to suit their needs.
- Ability to configure a configurable bundle product and add it to the order.
- Ability to add a preconfigured bundle product to the order.
- Ability to reconfigure a preconfigured bundle product and add it to the order.
- Ability to change product configuration after an order is confirmed.
Embedding Sterling Call Center in other applications
You can embed Sterling Call Center screens in external applications.
By default, the application provides URLs to launch Order Summary, Return Summary, Shipment Tracking, and Business Customer Details screens with a given set of parameters in the form of a request URL.
