View and execute a saved search in IBM Sterling Business Center
You can search for a saved search and then view and execute it.
About this task
To view and execute a saved search:
Procedure
- Navigate to the Saved Search screen. To
navigate to the Saved Search screen, perform the following steps:
- Log in to IBM® Sterling Business Center as an Item Administrator.
- From the application home page, click Manage
Saved Searches from the Favorite Searches dashlet.
Alternatively, if you are on the Basic Search or Advanced Search screen,
select Manage Saved Searches from the Saved
Searches drop-down menu.
The Saved Search screen is displayed.
- The Saved Search Management dialog box is
displayed in the Saved Search screen. In the Find Saved
Searches panel, perform the following tasks:
- In the Saved Search Name Contains box, enter either the complete or partial name of the saved search.
- From the Search Type drop-down
list, select the appropriate entity. Note: If you navigated to the Saved Search Management dialog box by selecting Manage Saved Searches from the Saved Searches drop-down menu, the entity is already displayed in this field. You can either use this entity or select the appropriate entity from the drop-down list.
- Click Search.
- The saved searches matching the criteria
are displayed in the Saved Searches panel. Select
the check box corresponding to the saved search you want to view and
execute, and click the Go icon.
The search screen is displayed with the search criteria populated along with the search results.
Note: A search that is saved as a favorite from the Pricing Search screen is also accessible from the Item Search screen. Thus, if that saved search from the Pricing Search screen had the check box for Search only services and service options selected, the results for services and service related options can be viewed even from the Item Search screen.
