The language setting that is used depends on how you access IBM® Documentation. Having
translated topics in the IBM Documentation is a function of your browser and whether the
documentation was translated. For example:
- If you access IBM Documentation from within the application, translated topics are displayed in the language identified by the current user’s locale.
- If you access IBM Documentation from outside of the application (for example, by typing the URL for the help system into a browser), translated topics are displayed in the language identified by the browser setting.
- If no translated version of a topic exists, the topic is displayed in English.
