Performing data validation

IBM® Sterling Call Center enables you to explicitly defined characters in the input and output requests, and drop all the other data.

You can use the Data Validation function to allow only explicitly defined characters in the input and output requests, and drop all the other data.
Disabling data validation
By default, data validation is enabled on all input requests, which are validated against the registered validation rules.
