Behavior changes between release 9.3.0.1 and release 9.4

Upgrade is supported between Release 9.3.0.1 and Release 9.4.

Pagination capability was introduced to some of the screens in Sterling Call Center, Release 9.3.0.1. As a result of introducing pagination, changes were made to Xpath, events, API, and so on. Therefore, it is mandatory that you install the fix pack version 9.3.0.1 as the changes incorporated to support pagination might impact extensions or customization that you might have applied to the impacted screens.
