The Pricing Service is a hub for every pricing and promotion calculation that occurs in IBM Sterling Call Center.

Configure pricing exclusivity group
In IBM Sterling Business Center you can manage the pricing exclusivity group, which are used for assigning the exclusivity group to a pricing rule, manual pricing rule and a coupon. You can manage pricing exclusivity group by using the Pricing Exclusivity Group screen.
Configure pricing enterprise rules
Pricing enterprise rules screen allows you to configure enterprise-specific pricing rules.
Configure pricing organization rules
Pricing Organization Rules define the rules or configurations that are defined by the pricing organization.
