Configuring special order modification rules

You can configure to allow cancellation or modification of fulfillment options for delivery and pick up order lines that are beyond the released status.

About this task

To configure the modification rules for delivery and pick up lines that are released:

1. In the Channel Applications Manager, click the Expand icon adjacent to Configure Order Administration to expand the branch.
2. Click the Advanced Configurations link.
3. Select Configure Special Order Modification Rules.
4. Check the appropriate box to allow modification or cancellation.

   Field	Description
   Order Lines Being Picked Up
   Allow Modification of Fulfillment Options For Pick Up Lines after Release	Check this box to enable the modification of fulfillment options for pick up lines after they are released.
   Allow Cancellation of Pick Up Lines after Release	Check this box to enable the cancellation of pick up lines after they are released.
   Order Lines Being Delivered
   Allow Modification of Fulfillment Options for Delivery Lines after Release	Check this box to allow modification of fulfillment options for delivery lines that are released.
   Allow Cancellation of Delivery Lines after Release	Check this box to allow cancellation of delivery lines that are released.

5. Click the Save icon to save your changes.
