Configuring order tags for sales orders

As an advanced configuration, you can configure order tags for sales orders. Order tags are used to determine the compatibility of an order with different versions of the Application ServerIBM® Sterling Call Center and Sterling Store Engagement (Legacy) application.

About this task

To configure the order tags for sales orders:


  1. In the Channel Applications Manager, click the Expand icon adjacent to Configure Order Administration to expand the branch.
  2. Click the Advanced Configurations link.
  3. Select Configure Order Tags for Sales Orders.
