Install Sterling Call Center, release 10.0

Ensure to perform all the pre-migration activities before proceeding with the upgrade activities.

Before proceeding with the upgrade activities, perform the following tasks:

• Modify the values of the following properties in the sandbox.cfg file located in the <INSTALL_DIR>/properties directory as follows:
  • REINIT_DB=false
  • LOAD_FACTORY_SETUP=false
  • NO_DBVERIFY=true
• If you have not set up the properties, rerun setupfiles.sh from the <INSTALL_DIR>/bin directory.
• Install Sterling Call Center, Release 10.0.
