Viewing related products of a return line

Sometimes, customers return a product along with its related products. In such cases, you can view detailed information about the related products.

1. Log on to Sterling™ Call Center. The Home page opens.
2. Go to the Return Line Summary screen by doing the following steps:
   1. Search for a return order. The Return Summary screen opens.
   2. Click the Return Lines tab and select a return line. The Return Line Summary screen opens.
3. Click the Related Lines tab.
   All the related products included in the order are displayed.
