Viewing components of an order line

Sometimes a product that is included in an order might be a bundle parent that comprises components. In such cases, you can view detailed information about components.

1. Log on to Sterling™ Call Center. The Home page opens.
2. Go to the Order Line Summary screen by doing the following steps:
   1. Search for an order. The Order Summary screen opens.
   2. Click the Order Lines tab and select an order line.
3. Click the Components tab.
   For each component, the details such as short description, quantity, fulfillment methods, status are displayed.
