Selecting gift options

A customer may want a product to be delivered as gift to a gift recipient. In such cases, you can select the gift options for products.

Procedure

  1. Log on to Sterling™ Call Center. The Home page opens.
  2. Go to the Fulfillment Summary screen in one of the following ways:
    • If you are creating an order, follow the order creation wizard.
    • If you are modifying a draft order, search the order, and follow the order creation wizard.
  3. Click Go to Gift Options.
  4. Select the order lines for which you want to apply gift options.
    Note: The gift options will be applied to selected lines with appropriate permissions.
  5. Select Gift this product to mark the selected products as gift and enable other gift options.
    • In the Gift message field, enter a message to be included with the gift.
    • Select Gift wrap this product to include the gift in a gift wrap.
  6. Click Apply. The gift options are applied to the products.
    To indicate that the gift options are applied to the products, relevant icons are shown for the selected order lines.
    • If the store that sells the product does not support gift wrapping, the gift wrap option is not applied.
    • If the product does not support gift wrapping, the gift wrap option is not applied.
  7. Click Back to Fulfillment Summary to proceed with the order creation or click Cancel to save the changes or delete the draft order.
