Level of service determines the expected date of delivery
and shipping charges for the products.
Procedure

Log on to Sterling™ Call Center. The Home page
opens.
- Go to the Fulfillment Summary screen
in one of the following ways:
- If you are creating an order, follow the order creation wizard.
- If you are modifying a draft order, search the order, and follow
the order creation wizard.
- Select one or more shipping order lines, and click Change
level of service. The Select Level of Service window
opens.
- From the Level of Service list,
select an option.
- Click Apply. The level of service
is applied to the selected shipping order lines. The level of service
and expected date of delivery are displayed.
