Changing level of service

Level of service determines the expected date of delivery and shipping charges for the products.

Procedure

  1. Log on to Sterling™ Call Center. The Home page opens.
  2. Go to the Fulfillment Summary screen in one of the following ways:
    • If you are creating an order, follow the order creation wizard.
    • If you are modifying a draft order, search the order, and follow the order creation wizard.
  3. Select one or more shipping order lines, and click Change level of service. The Select Level of Service window opens.
  4. From the Level of Service list, select an option.
  5. Click Apply. The level of service is applied to the selected shipping order lines. The level of service and expected date of delivery are displayed.
