Changing delivery method to pickup

You can change the delivery method of shipping order lines to pickup. If the product does not support the "pickup" delivery method, you cannot do this task.

Procedure

  1. Log on to Sterling™ Call Center. The Home page opens.
  2. Go to the Fulfillment Summary screen in one of the following ways:
    • If you are creating an order, follow the order creation wizard.
    • If you are modifying a draft order, search the order, and follow the order creation wizard.
  3. Select the shipping order line(s) that you want to modify and click Change to Pickup. The store selection window opens.
    If the order is already associated with an address, the location details are pre-populated.
  4. Select an appropriate country or region where you want to search for a store.
    • If you want to do the search that is based on city and state, click Enter City/State and enter the appropriate city and state.
    • If you want to do the search that is based on postal code, click Enter Postal Code and enter the appropriate postal code.
  5. Click Find Store. The stores that match the search criteria are displayed. The distance of the store from the customer's location and the availability of the product are also displayed.
    Note: All the stores that have the selected products are displayed. If any of the selected products are not present in a store, the store is listed but highlighted as "Not Available". In such situations, the user cannot select a store.
  6. Select a store and click Apply. The store address is updated in the order.
