Changing address for shipping order lines

To ensure that the products are shipped to the correct address, you can modify the existing shipping address or select a different address for order lines.

Procedure

  1. Log on to Sterling™ Call Center. The Home page opens.
  2. Go to the Fulfillment Summary screen in one of the following ways:
    • If you are creating an order, follow the order creation wizard.
    • If you are modifying a draft order, search the order, and follow the order creation wizard.
  3. Select one or more shipping order lines, and click Change Address. The Change Address window opens.
  4. Choose an option:
    • Click Edit the address to edit the current address. Modify the contact information and address details appropriately.
    • Click Select from the existing addresses to select one of the existing addresses. The selected address is highlighted.
  5. Click Apply. The address is applied to the selected shipping order lines.
