To ensure that the products are shipped to the correct
address, you can modify the existing shipping address or select a
different address for order lines.
Procedure

Log on to Sterling™ Call Center. The Home page
opens.
- Go to the Fulfillment Summary screen
in one of the following ways:
- If you are creating an order, follow the order creation wizard.
- If you are modifying a draft order, search the order, and follow
the order creation wizard.
- Select one or more shipping order lines, and click Change
Address. The Change Address window
opens.
- Choose an option:
- Click Edit the address to edit the current
address. Modify the contact information and address details appropriately.
- Click Select from the existing addresses to
select one of the existing addresses. The selected address is highlighted.
- Click Apply. The address is applied
to the selected shipping order lines.
