Setting the minimum reship window

You can set the minimum number of days before a customer service representative can reship a product to a customer.

Procedure

  1. Open Distributed Order Management by completing the following steps:
    1. Log in to Applications Console.
    2. From the Configuration menu, select Launch Applications Manager.
    3. From the Applications menu, select Distributed Order Management.
  2. From the Distributed Order Management panel, expand the Document Specific menu, expand the Sales Order menu, then expand the Fulfillment menu, and select Transaction Specific Rules.
  3. In the Transaction Rules window, in the Reship Order panel, enter the number of days before a customer service representative can reship a product in the Minimum Reship Window.
  4. Click the Save icon.
