Creating an alert
Sometimes you must follow up a customer for an order-related issue or notify other users about the issue. In such scenarios, you can create an alert of the required type, assign the alert to a queue, set a follow-up date, and so on.
Accessing alerts from home page
You can quickly access all your alerts from the home page.
Searching for an alert
You can search for assigned alerts, unassigned alerts, alerts associated with an order, specific type of alerts, and so on.
Viewing alert details
You can view details specific to an alert type and use this information to do appropriate tasks.
Adding alert notes
You can add notes to an alert.
Closing an alert
You can close invalid alerts and alerts that are resolved.
