Creating orders

Procedure

  1. Log on to Sterling™ Call Center. The Home page opens.
  2. In the Order panel, click Create Order. The Select an Enterprise window opens.
  3. From the Enterprise list, select the enterprise for which you want to create the order.
    The order creation wizard opens. Based on the configuration of the application either the Add Products screen or the Customer Search screen is displayed as the first screen in the wizard.
  4. Follow the wizard and do the following tasks:
    1. Identify the customer
    2. Add products to the order
    3. View and confirm the fulfillment details
    4. Confirm payments

    If the order is successfully created, the Order Summary screen is displayed.
