Creating price match for a product

You can create price match records for products so that you can apply the price match to order lines in an order easily.

1. Log on to Sterling™ Call Center. The Home page opens.
2. In the Related Tasks panel, click Create Price Match. The Create Price Match screen opens.
   If you have access to multiple enterprises, you can select the appropriate enterprise for which you want to create the price match.
3. From the Competitor list, select an organization that is offering a better price. The Competitor list is populated based on the enterprise that is selected or the logged-in user's enterprise.
4. In the Product field, enter the product ID for which you want to create the price match.
5. In the Minimum quantity field, enter the least quantity for which the price match can be applied.
6. From the Currency list, select the applicable currency.
7. From the Status list, select the status of the price match. For example, Approved, Rejected, or Pending.
8. From the Unit of measure list, select the unit of measure for the product for which the price match is applicable.
9. In the Competitor unit price field, enter the unit price at which the competitor is offering the product.
   You can also enter other details such as the expiration date, competitor discount, and a description of the price match.
10. Click Confirm. The price match is created.
