Deleting customer appeasement reasons

You can delete the customer appeasement reasons using the Appeasement Reasons window.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to the Customer Appeasement Reasons window. To navigate to the Customer Appeasement Reasons window, perform the following steps:
    1. Log in to Sterling™ Business Center as an Enterprise Administrator. The Business Center home page opens.
    2. Click System Setup. The System Setup home page opens.
    3. Expand the Order menu, and click Customer Appeasement Reasons. The Customer Appeasement Reasons window opens.
  2. Select the check boxes of the customer appeasement reasons you want to delete, and click Delete. The Confirm Delete window opens.
  3. Click Yes.
