Adding customer appeasement reasons

You can add new customer appeasement reasons using the Customer Appeasement Reasons window.

Procedure

Note: The fields marked with * are mandatory.

  1. Navigate to the Customer Appeasement Reasons window. To navigate to the Customer Appeasement Reasons window, perform the following steps:
    1. Log in to Sterling™ Business Center as an Enterprise Administrator. The Business Center home page opens.
    2. Click System Setup. The System Setup home page opens.
    3. Expand the Order menu, and click Customer Appeasement Reasons. The Customer Appeasement Reasons window opens.
  2. Click Add to create a new customer appeasement reason. The New Value window opens.
  3. In the Customer Appeasement Reason ID field, enter the appeasement reason identifier.
  4. In the Customer Appeasement Reason Name field, enter the short description of the appeasement reason.
  5. In the Customer Appeasement Reason Description field, enter the detailed description of the appeasement reason.
  6. Click Save.
