Viewing product details

You can view all the details of a product such as the product description, list price, unit price, allowed fulfillment methods, and so on.

1. Log on to Sterling™ Call Center. The Home page opens.
2. Go to the Product Details screen in one of the following ways:
   • In the Products panel, in the Keyword field, enter a keyword for the product you want to browse, and click Find Product.
   • In the Related Tasks panel, click Product Browsing. Perform a search for the product.

     If your search results in a single product, the Product Details screen opens. If your search results in multiple products, you can refine your search results by using categories and narrow by options. Once you identify the product, click the product description to view the details.

   You can view the following information on the Product Details screen:

   • You can view the extended display description of the product along with the identifier, product image, list price, unit price, unit of measure, effective start date of product, and allowed fulfillment methods. You can know whether the product is a bundle parent, configurable or pre-configured.
   • You can view the stores where the product is available.
   • If the selected product has more images, the More Images link is enabled. You can view more images of the selected product.
   • You can view the manufacturer, brand, and other details as part of the Overview tab.
   • If the product is a bundle parent, you can view the bundle components in the Components tab. For example, A digital entertainment system that contains, a remote, a DVD player and speakers.
   • You can view the specifications of the product, if applicable in the Specifications tab. For example, if the product is a television, you can view the display specifications such Aspect Ratio, Contrast Ratio, Resolution, and so on.
   • You can view related products, if applicable.

   If you want to add a product to an order, click Add to Order.
