Removing a payment method

If the customer does not want to use a payment method associated with the order, you can remove it.

Procedure

  1. Log on to the Sterling™ Call Center. The Home page opens.
  2. Go to the Payment Confirmation screen in one of the following ways:
    • If you are creating an order, follow the order creation wizard.
    • If you are modifying a draft order, search the order, and follow the order creation wizard.
    • If you are modifying a confirmed order, search the order. In the Order Summary screen, use the appropriate related task.
  3. Click Remove corresponding to the payment method that you want to remove. On the confirmation dialog, click Ok to delete the payment method.
