If the customer does not want to use a payment method associated
with the order, you can remove it.
Procedure

Log on to the Sterling™ Call Center. The Home
page opens.
- Go to the Payment Confirmation screen
in one of the following ways:
- If you are creating an order, follow the order creation wizard.
- If you are modifying a draft order, search the order, and follow
the order creation wizard.
- If you are modifying a confirmed order, search the order. In the Order
Summary screen, use the appropriate related task.
- Click Remove corresponding to the
payment method that you want to remove. On the confirmation dialog,
click Ok to delete the payment method.
