Viewing return line summary

You can view the primary details of a return order line such as the status, "return to" and "return from" addresses, returned quantity, and so on. Additionally, you can view the important events, fulfillment details, and so on.

1. Log on to Sterling™ Call Center. The Home page opens.
2. Go to the Return Summary screen by doing one of the following steps:
   • In the Returns panel, enter the appropriate details, and click Find Return.
   • In the Related Tasks panel, click Return Search. The Return Search screen opens. Enter the appropriate details and click Search.

   If the search results in a single order, the Return Summary screen opens. If the search results in multiple return orders, a list of orders is displayed. Select the return order that you want to view.

3. Click the Return Lines tab. The order lines included in the return order are displayed.
4. Select the return order line that you want to view. The Return Line Summary screen opens.
   You can view the important events, components, related lines, fulfillment information, and notes that are associated with the return order line. The important events that are related to a product can be price override, price match, and so on. These events are displayed as notifications.
