Viewing fulfillment summary
You can see how the order is fulfilled and provide appropriate details to the customer. If the customer requires a change, you can change the fulfillment options of the order.
Procedure
- Log on to Sterling™ Call Center. The Home page opens.
- Go to the Fulfillment Summary screen
in one of the following ways:
- If you are creating an order, follow the order creation wizard.
- If you are modifying a draft order, search for the draft order and follow the order creation wizard.
You can do the following tasks in the Fulfillment Summary screen:- You can view shipping, pickup, and unavailable order lines in separate panels.
- For shipping order lines, you can modify the shipping options, delivery method, shipping address, or level of service.
- For pickup order lines, you can modify the delivery method, pickup date, store, or pickup recipient.
- To delete the order line that you do not want to include in the order, click the Delete icon corresponding to the order line.
- For unavailable shipping order lines, you can modify the shipping
options, delivery method, shipping address, or level of service.
For unavailable pickup order lines, you can modify the delivery method, store, or pickup recipient.
Note: In the Fulfillment Summary screen, if you want to apply or change the fulfillment options for a bundle product, you must select only the parent product. The changes that are applied to the parent product are applicable to the components as well. If you select the component products individually, the changes are applied only to those components. - Click Next to save your changes and go to the next page of the wizard.
