IBM® Sterling™ Call Center enables the customers to create price match records, create, search and view competitor records, search and view price match records, and other related tasks.

Create price match records
A customer can refer to a product that is offered by a competitor at a better price and check whether the enterprise can match the price. In such situations, users must be able to create price match records.
Create competitor records
Competitor organizations offer products at a cheaper price than the user's organization. Therefore, users must be able to create competitor records.
Search for price match records
When customers call for a price match, they refer to a product and the competitor who is offering the product at a better price. In such situations, the user must be able to do a search for price match records.
View price match details
A user must be able to view and modify the price match details.
Search for competitor records
The user must be able to search competitor records that exist in the system.
View competitor details
Users must be able to view and modify competitor records conveniently.
Apply a price match
A customer can find out that a product is available at a cheaper price with a different retailer. In such situations, the call center representative can investigate the customer's claims and price match the products.
