Changing fulfillment options

Procedure

  1. Log on to Sterling™ Call Center. The Home page opens.
  2. Go to the Order Summary screen by doing one of the following steps:
    • In the Order panel, enter the appropriate details, and click Find Order.
    • Under Related Tasks, click Order Search. The Order Search screen opens. Enter the appropriate details and click Search.

    If the search results in a single order, the Order Summary screen opens. If the search results in multiple orders, a list of orders is displayed. Select the order that you want to view.

  3. In the Related Tasks panel, click Change Fulfillment Options. The Change Fulfillment Options wizard opens.
    You can do the following tasks in the Fulfillment Summary screen:
    • You can view shipping, pickup, and unavailable order lines in separate panels.
    • For shipping order lines, you can modify the shipping options, delivery method, shipping address, or level of service.
    • For pickup order lines, you can modify the delivery method, pickup date, store, or pickup recipient.
    • For delivery order lines, you can modify the delivery method, address, and appointment date and time. These actions are completed in the Work Order Appointments screen.
    • To delete the order line that you do not want to include in the order, click the Delete icon corresponding to the order line.
    • For unavailable shipping order lines, you can modify the shipping options, delivery method, shipping address, or level of service.

      For unavailable pickup order lines, you can modify the delivery method, store, or pickup recipient.

    Note: In the Change Fulfillment Options screen, if you want to change the fulfillment options for a bundle product, you must select only the parent product. The changes that are applied to the parent product are applicable to the components as well. If you select the component products individually, the changes are applied only to those components.
  4. Click Next to save your changes. The Payment Confirmation screen opens.
  5. Capture any additional amount that is required to confirm the order and then click Confirm. The Order Summary screen is displayed.
