Changing address for delivery products and provided services

To ensure that products are delivered to the correct address, you can modify the existing delivery address or select a different address for products or provided services.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Sterling™ Call Center. The Home page opens.
  2. Go to the Order Summary screen in one of the following ways:
    • If you are creating an order, follow the order creation wizard.
    • If you are modifying a draft order, search for the order and follow the order creation wizard.
    • If you are modifying a confirmed order, search for the order.
  3. In the Related Tasks panel, under Fulfillment, select Change Fulfillment Options. The Work Order Appointments screen opens.
  4. Select one or more delivery products or provided services and click Change Address. The Change Address window opens.
  5. Enter the appropriate Contact Information and Address for the customer.
  6. Click Apply. The new address is added for the delivery product.
    Note: On change of address for a work order line, a new work order is created. The delivery charge that is associated with the previous work order might be deleted. Check the delivery charges upon successful change of the delivery address to ensure delivery charges are correct.
