Sometimes, products are associated with promotions that
the customer can use to avail a rebate in the order total. In such
cases, you can apply the relevant coupon to the order.

Log on to the Sterling™ Call Center. The Home
page opens.
- Go to the Payment Confirmation screen
in one of the following ways:
- If you are creating an order, follow the order creation wizard.
- If you are modifying a draft order, search the order, and follow
the order creation wizard.
- If you are modifying a confirmed order, search the order. In the Order
Summary screen, click Add/Remove Promotions.
- In the Promotion code field, enter
the promotion code, and click Apply.
- If the coupon is applied successfully, the order total is adjusted
appropriately. If the coupon is invalid or not applicable to the product,
an appropriate message is displayed.
- To remove a promotion, click Remove. The
promotion is unlinked from the order.
Note: When a coupon is created for a specific payment type, then
it becomes applicable only if the customer makes payment for the order
completely by using that payment type. If the payment is made through
multiple payment types, the coupon is displayed as invalid.
- Click Confirm to confirm the changes
on the Payment Confirmation screen.
