Copying a draft order

Procedure

  1. Log in to Sterling™ Call Center. The Home screen opens.
  2. In the Order panel or Related Tasks panel, click Create Order.
    1. If the CSR has access to multiple enterprises, the Select an Enterprise window opens.
    2. From the Select an Enterprise list, select the enterprise for which you want to create the order. Click Apply. Based on the configuration of the application either the Add Products screen or the Customer Search screen is displayed as the first screen in the wizard. Identify the customer, or continue without identifying the customer.
  3. Add products to the order.
  4. After the products are added, click Copy Order. A copy of the current draft order opens in a new tab.
