Changing the exchange type

You can select the appropriate exchange type to be applied to the order, which determines how funds are transferred.

Procedure

  1. Log on to Sterling™ Call Center. The Home page opens.
  2. Go to the Payment Confirmation screen of the exchange order in one of the following ways:
    • If you are creating an exchange order, follow the order creation wizard.
    • If you are modifying a draft exchange order, search the order, and follow the wizard.

    You can view the amount that is transferred to the sales order and the amount to be refunded to the customer.

  3. Click Change Exchange Type. The Change Exchange Type window opens.
  4. Select an appropriate exchange type and click Apply. The exchange type is applied to the order and an appropriate message is displayed.
