Some products like clothes can have several variations
that are based on attributes such as color, size, and brand. You can
identify the variation that the customer wants to purchase and add
the appropriate product to the order.
Procedure

Log on to Sterling™ Call Center. The Home page
opens.
- Go to the Add Products screen in one
of the following ways:
- If you are creating an order, follow the order creation wizard.
- If you are modifying a draft order, search the order, and follow
the order creation wizard.
- From the Products Browsing screen, you can
search and add a product to an existing order or start creating an
order for the product.
- From the Product Details screen, you can
add a product to an existing order or start creating an order for
the product.
- Add the model product in one of the following ways:
- In the Product ID field, enter the product
ID completely or partially. After you identify the product, click Add.
- Click Browse. The Product Browsing screen
opens. Browse for the model product and click Select variation
to view price. The Product Details screen
is displayed.
- Add the variation by selecting the preferred attributes
and then click Add to Order.
For
example, you can select a T-shirt by choosing "Red" as the color,
"XL" as the size and "Lewis" as the Brand. Only a valid combination
of options is enabled. For example, if a "Red" color T-shirt of size
"XL" is not available in a particular brand, such a combination of
preferences is disabled. However, if you want to choose a different
variation, click Choose Variation, select the
appropriate attributes, and click Confirm.
- Click Next to save the changes and
follow the order creation wizard.
