Viewing and modifying the weekly capacity for a node

You can view the capacity defined for a node in an organization on a weekly basis and also modify the standard capacity of the node, using the Weekly Capacity screen.

About this task

To view and modify the weekly capacity for a node, use the following procedure:

1. Navigate to the Weekly Capacity screen. To navigate to the Weekly Capacity screen, perform the following steps:
   1. Log in to Sterling™ Business Center as an Inventory Administrator.
   2. The Home Page is displayed. Click the Inventory tab.
   3. The Inventory Page is displayed. Click Manage Node Capacity in the Node Configuration dashlet. The Resource Pools screen is displayed.
   4. In the Resource Pools panel, click the appropriate resource from the list.
   5. The Manage Standard Capacity screen is displayed. In the Related Tasks panel, click the Weekly Capacity link.

   The Weekly Capacity screen is displayed.

2. Click the Calendar icon adjacent to the Jump To box.
3. The Calendar is displayed. Select any date and the standard, consumption, and availability capacities, for that week's service slot group is displayed in the Weekly Capacity panel.
4. Double- click the row to override the standard capacity for a particular day within a service slot.
5. Click Save.
6. Click the Previous icon to navigate and view the weekly node capacity of the previous weeks.
7. Click the Next icon to navigate and view the weekly node capacity of the coming weeks.
