Delete a value from a text attribute

You can delete a value from a text attribute if you no longer want a specific value associated with that text attribute.

About this task

To delete a value from a text attribute:

1. Navigate to the Attribute Management screen. To navigate to the Attribute Management screen, perform the following steps:
   1. Log in to Sterling™ Business Center as an Item Administrator.
   2. The application home page is displayed. Click the Products tab.
   3. From the Products home page, click Manage Attributes in the Catalog dashlet.

      The Attribute Management screen is displayed.

2. From the tree in the Item Attributes panel, select the text attribute whose properties you want to delete.
3. The Text Attribute Properties panel is displayed. Select the check box corresponding to the value that you want to delete, and select Delete from the More Actions drop-down menu.
4. A message asking you for confirmation is displayed. Click Yes to delete the value.

   The selected value is deleted from the text attribute.
