Viewing error details

You can view the description and cause of any error raised in the Channel Applications Manager, and the action to perform to overcome the error.

About this task

To view the Channel Applications Manager system error descriptions:

Procedure

  1. From the menu bar, select Help > Troubleshooting. The Error Search screen is displayed.
  2. Enter the applicable search criteria and choose the Search icon. A list of error codes and their descriptions is displayed.
  3. Choose the Details icon to view the cause of the error and the action to perform to troubleshoot the error.
