You can download the purchased software from Passport Advantage by using your license key.
Requirements for utilities
Downloading and starting the IBM Installation Manager
You can use the IBM Installation Manager to install IBM applications on Windows, UNIX, or Linux® environments from a single interface. You can install applications in either Graphical User Interface (GUI)-based mode or text-based mode.
Installing the JDK and your application server
You can use the WebSphere Application Server Liberty 18.0.0.2 that is provided as part of your Sterling™ Call Center purchase. Alternatively, you can use other application servers as specified in the System Requirements.
Installing the database tier
Sterling Call Center enables you to install and configure database tier software on Unix, Linux and database operating system.
