The Download Document lists the components of Sterling™ Call Center that you can download from Passport Advantage.
This document also provides detailed instructions on how to search for the image by its part number, download, and assemble the Sterling Call Center components.
Sterling Call Center requires a tiered environment by using a combination of the application server, web server, and database server software. Install Sterling Call Center in a test environment, configure as needed for your business, and deploy it in a production environment. Sterling Call Center includes several solutions. Therefore, plan the installation by considering your deployment and security architecture, performance needs, and any requirements for high availability.

Sterling Call Center eAssemblies
Sterling Call Center comprises of multiple offerings such as Professional and Enterprise. Each edition of Sterling Call Center is an offering. Each offering is logically divided into subpackages called electronic assemblies, or eAssemblies.
An eAssembly is a group of software that is devoted to a particular platform or environment. Each eAssembly contains the individual product images for that environment, called parts. Which parts you need depends on your usage and configuration choices.
Downloading and assembling the product
- Use your license key and access Passport Advantage.
- Log in and find downloads and media that you purchased.
- From Download finder options, select the Find by part number search option.
- Search for the image by its part number, and download the required parts.
- Unpack each part to a single temporary directory on your local machine.
- Install the Sterling Call Center software. For more information , see Overview of Sterling Call Center installation.
