Initial configurations by item administrators for Sterling Business Center
To utilize the functionalities provided by Sterling™ Business Center, you must perform certain tasks in the Applications Manager before you start using the Sterling Business Center application.

Alias Types | Use these aliases when configuring either items or services. Aliases are alternative item identifiers, which are displayed as fields in the details screen corresponding to either an item or a service. |
Association Types | Use these association types when associating items to other items. |
Asset Types | Use these asset types when adding assets that are electronic media objects, and can be associated to items, categories, attributes, and attribute values. If you are defining an item image, it is recommended that the size of the image is 115 pixels by 115 pixels. |
