What are localized factory setups?
Answer:
Localized factory setups are configuration data that support deploying the application in a language other than English. If you install a language pack, you should also load the factory setups for that language. This way, the database includes default pipeline definitions, common codes, service definitions, rules, error codes, and other configurations that are translated into the language you choose and that support the currency, date and time formats, and other conventions of that language.
