Viewing stores and availability

You can view the stores where the selected product is available and the distance of the store from the customer's location and inform the customer appropriately

Procedure

  1. Log on to Sterling™ Call Center.The Home page opens.
  2. Go to the Product Details screen in one of the following ways:
    • In the Products panel, in the Keyword field, enter a keyword for the product you want to browse, and click Find Product.
    • In the Related Tasks panel, click Product Browsing. Search for the product.

      If your search results in a single product, the Product Details screen opens. If your search results in multiple products, you can refine your search results by using categories. After you identify the product, click the product description to view the details.

    Note: If the "Pickup" fulfillment method is allowed for a product, the View Stores link is displayed.
  3. Click View Stores. A window opens with the search criteria to find stores.
  4. From the Country/Region list, select an appropriate country or region where you want to search for a store.
    • If you want to do a search based on postal code, click Enter Postal Code and enter the appropriate postal code.
    • If you want to do a search based on city and state, click Enter City/State, and enter the appropriate city and state.
  5. Click Find Store.The stores that match the search criteria are displayed. The distance of the store from the customer's location and the availability of the product are also displayed.
