Viewing the product specifications

Some products like televisions have specifications. In such cases, you can view the product specifications.

1. Log on to Sterling™ Call Center.The Home page opens.
2. Go to the Product Details screen in one of the following ways:
   • In the Products panel, in the Keyword field, enter a keyword for the product you want to browse, and click Find Product.
   • In the Related Tasks panel, click Product Browsing. Search for the product.

     If your search results in a single product, the Product Details screen opens. If your search results in multiple products, you can refine your search results by using categories. After you identify the product, click the product description to view the details.

3. Click the Specifications tab to view the product specifications.
   For example, you can see the display specifications such as resolution, contrast ratio and so on for a television.
