Performing customer search

You can search for a customer record to view customer's details and manage the customer information such as notes, alerts, orders, returns, and so on.

Procedure

  1. Log on to Application Server. The Home page opens.
  2. Search for a customer by performing one of the following steps:
    • In the Customer panel, select or enter the appropriate details, and click Find Customer. For example, to search for a business customer, select Business.
    • Under Related Tasks, click Customer Search. The Customer Search screen opens. Enter the appropriate details and click Search.

    If the search results in a single customer record, the Customer Details screen opens. If the search results in multiple customer records, the list of customer records that match the search criteria is displayed. Select the customer record that you want to view.
