Customizing the copy order template

The copy order template can be customized to include or exclude the attributes that you want copied from one order to another, this can include products, customer information, price, and so on.

1. Launch the Applications Manager.
2. From the Applications menu, select Application Platform.
3. In the tree in the application rules side panel that is displayed, select Process Modeling. The Process Modeling window is displayed in the work area.
4. Right click Template Order, and select Details. The Fulfillment Process Type Details window opens.
5. Select the Templates tab.
6. Select Copy Order. The Copy Order template opens.
7. Select the attributes that you want to copy in an order (such as BillToID), right click the attribute and select Include. To deselect an attribute from being copied in an order, right click the attribute, and select Exclude.
8. Click the Save icon. The changes are reflected in the application when the Copy Order task is performed.
