Managing customer notes

Sterling™ Call Center enables you to manage customer notes. This can be used to add, filter and delete customer notes.

Adding customer notes
You can add a note to capture important information that is associated with the customer for various purposes. By using the note, you can contact a customer to follow up an issue. You can use the note for internal communication or to work on a high priority issue.
Filtering customer notes
You can filter customer notes to view the required note.
Deleting customer notes
You can delete a customer note that is no longer required.
