Sterling Business Center item administration
You can use Sterling Business Center to efficiently set up and maintain your organization's catalog, and define the peripheral components of items, such as assets, classifications, and so on, after your organization has downloaded all the items' details into the database.
Customer management
Sterling Business Center enables you to define details of Consumer Customers and Business Customers. As an administration you can define details such as contacts, addresses, demographic information, and so on.
Sterling Business Center specific administration
You can configure orders, payments, customers, alerts, and so on for use in IBM® Sterling Call Center by using Sterling Business Center.
