Migration estimates

The factory defaults migration is involved when upgrading from Release 9.3.0.1, 9.4, or 9.5 to Release 10.0. Additionally, analyzing and modifying the customer extensions based on the upgrade report is also involved. Therefore, the upgrade tasks complete in minimum time.
